After checking out, please place the keys in the external box near the gate, following the same procedure used at check-in. Don’t
forget to move your car out of the gate before finalizing the check-out.
AREA RELAX:
L’area relax è a vostra disposizione, con possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente delle attrezzature presenti in loco (es. tavolo – sedie
– sdraio – frigorifero esterno).
L’utilizzo del Barbecue è a pagamento al fine di ripristinarne la pulizia dopo l’utilizzo.
Si prega di rimettere in ordine l’area dopo l’utilizzo (es. Sdraio)
The outside lounge area is at your disposal, with free access to the available equipment (e.g. table, chairs, sofa, deckchairs outdoor fridge). The use of the barbecue is subject to a cleaning fee, in order to restore it after use. So you need to book it separately. Please remember to tidy up the area after use (e.g. repositioning loungers).
GIARDINO / GARDEN:
L’accesso e l’utilizzo del giardino è a disposizione degli ospiti di tutti gli appartamenti.
The garden is open for use by guests of all apartments.
PARCHEGGIO / PARKING:
E’ consentito parcheggiare gratuitamente all’interno della proprietà nell’apposita area limitrofa alla strada statale. Il parcheggio è
condiviso dagli ospiti di tutti gli appartamenti. Si ricorda che il parcheggio è incustodito e quindi Casa Vacanze Magnolia non si
assume responsabilità di alcun tipo. Ricordarsi di portare fuori l’auto prima di effettuare il Check-out.
Free parking is allowed inside the property in the designated area next to the main road. The parking area is shared by guests of all apartments. Please note that the parking is unattended, and Casa Vacanze Magnolia has no responsibility for any damage or theft. Don’t forget to move your car out of the gate before checking out.
BARBEQUE:
L’utilizzo del Barbecue è disponibile, ad un costo di Euro 20€ a utilizzo, al fine di ripristinarne la
pulizia. Per Utilizzare il Barbecue contattateci preventivamente tramite il canale della vostra
prenotazione.
The barbecue is available for use at a cost of €20 per use, to cover cleaning. To use the barbecue, please contact us in advance through your booking platform.
GESTIONE RIFIUTI / WASTE RULES:
La raccolta differenziata è obbligatoria. Siete pregati di inserire i rifiuti negli appositi
contenitori in base a quanto indicato sugli stessi. La Spazzatura deve essere differenziata per:
Separate waste collection is mandatory. Please dispose of waste in the designated bins according to the labels on them. Garbage must be separated into:

Qualora aveste bisogno di svuotare i contenitori dei rifiuti presenti negli appartamenti potete utilizzare
l’apposito locale Spazzatura posto nel giardino di fianco alla veranda attrezzata/area relax).
If you need to empty the waste bins from the apartments, you can use the designated garbage area
located in the garden, next to the furnished veranda/external lounge area.

RISCALDAMENTO E CONDIZIONAMENTO / HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING:
Il riscaldamento è gestito automaticamente secondo il seguente programma:
• 08:00 – 23:00 → 21°C
• 23:00 – 08:00 → 19°C
Gli ospiti possono modificare liberamente la temperatura utilizzando il termostato presente nell’appartamento.
Nota importante: Trascorse 12 ore dall’ultima modifica manuale, il sistema tornerà automaticamente al programma di riscaldamento preimpostato.
The heating system is automatically controlled according to the following schedule: • 08:00 AM – 11:00 PM → 21°C • 11:00 PM – 08:00 AM → 19°C. Guests may freely adjust the temperature using the thermostat in the apartment. Important note: 12 hours after the last manual adjustment, the system will automatically return to the preset heating program.
