Waste Sorting and Disposal
Separate waste collection is mandatory. Please dispose of the waste in the appropriate bins according to the labels.
If the bins inside the apartment are full, you can take them to the larger containers located in the waste area next to the barbecue area.
Heating
The heating is centrally managed to ensure a minimum temperature between 20 and 21°C.
Therefore, guests cannot modify the temperature.
Air Conditioning
In apartments equipped with air conditioning, settings are at guests’ discretion.
Garden
The garden is available to guests of all apartments.
Parking (Free)
Free parking is allowed inside the property in the area adjacent to the main road.
The parking area is shared by all guests. Please note that the parking is unattended, and Casa Vacanze Magnolia is not responsible for any damage or theft.
Relax Area (Free)
The relax area is available for your use, with free access to equipment such as tables, chairs, loungers, and the outdoor fridge.
Barbecue Area (Paid)
The barbecue area is available at a cost of €20.00 per meal, including the use of equipment and fuel provided on site.

Check-Out
At the end of your stay, please leave the keys in the box located near the gate.
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
